Mixed flower honey
Mixed flower honey - comes from nectar of many flowers. It can be said “ bunch of flowers” from particular area. The honey's color can be from light cream to tea. The great impact on his nutritive value has the plants composition from which the bees took the nectar. Depending on the term of picking up the mixed flower honey can have various colors from the light cream to the tea. After crystallizing it changes his color into light gray or light brown. The smell of this honey is usually strong, similar to the wax smell. Its taste is various, it depends on nectar composition, but usually it is soft and sweet.
